Ww3 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Policy
This document sets out the terms governing your use of the ww3 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services provided. By accessing ww3, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing, or using the ww3 platform in any capacity, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to refrain from using the ww3 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the operator of the ww3 platform ("Platform"). The Platform reserves the right to amend, update, or add to these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
Users must be 18 years of age or older to register and use ww3's services. The Platform reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend accounts that fail to demonstrate the required eligibility.
Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to register one account only. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances or unclaimed winnings. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ww3 account password and login credentials. The Platform will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence in safeguarding your login details. You are required to notify us immediately via the support email if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
Identity Verification
The Platform reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawals that exceed a specified threshold. Failure to provide the required documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary suspension of account access.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Permitted Use
The ww3 platform is provided solely for lawful personal entertainment. Users agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, system abuse, or any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform.
Specific Prohibitions
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to a third party.
- Exploiting any technical bugs or system vulnerabilities — users are required to report such vulnerabilities to support.
- Placing bets on behalf of another person or in a commercial capacity without authorisation.
- Using payment card details or bank account information that does not belong to you.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
The Platform reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if a user is found to have violated any of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or provided false information during registration. Any balance in an account closed due to a terms violation may be forfeited in full, subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.
Payments, Transactions & Liability Limits
Currency & Processing
All transactions on the ww3 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The Platform does not bear any foreign currency conversion charges. Deposits are processed via approved payment methods including FPX and Touch 'n Go eWallet. The Platform is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered in the user's name only. The Platform reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen and may take between 1 and 24 hours for standard withdrawals.
Platform Liability Limits
The ww3 platform is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to technical disruptions, third-party system failures, or inaccuracies in information provided by external parties. The Platform's maximum liability is limited to the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the ww3 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, domain names, and software — is the exclusive property of the platform operator. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish, or modify any platform content without explicit written consent from ww3. Unauthorised use of the platform's intellectual property may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links
The ww3 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not under our control. The presence of such links does not imply that ww3 endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those websites. You access third-party links at your own risk and are encouraged to read their respective terms and privacy policies separately.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
The Platform reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
